Bespoke Modular Builds

Bespoke modular construction provides a quick, versatile, scaleable and cost-effective option for creating a controlled environment whilst delivering the possibilities of future expansion, upgrade or even cleanroom relocation. Controlled filtered air can be delivered to the space through standard Fan Filter Units or Terminal HEPA filters mounted in the ceiling and connected to a dedicated HVAC system providing temperature and/or humidity control. A wide range of options are available for specification and detailed mechanical and electrical installations can also be accommodated.

Modular builds provide the opportunity to quickly transform existing internal spaces into ISO-classified cleanrooms. Guardtech also specialise in incorporating all the mechanical & electrical services required to create controlled production environments in short timeframes.

Rapid Modular Range

Isopod is a revolutionary high-performance self-assembly modular cleanroom system, fully configurable to optimise the layout of the host room in which it is installed. Isopod can be shipped worldwide ready for quick and simple self assembly, supported by installation instructions and demonstration movies – or accompanied by Guardtech's Installation Team.

Isopod is available as a hardwall or softwall cleanroom. The hybrid modules provide the durability and upgraded cleanliness of a hardwall combined with the benefits of product transfer and access provided by a softwall. Isopod is configurable with a number of support modules, including transfer hatches, monitoring systems, step-over benches, escape panels, dispensers and intercoms.
