Air Showers

The compact air shower designed by Guardtech can effectively purge and remove particles such as dust and lint on clothing of personnel prior to entry of cleanrooms or controlled environment.

Multi directional powerful air jet from the nozzles produces a strong scrubbing and brushing force to detach particles from the clothing.

Particle-loaded air flow is then extracted through prefilters followed by HEPA filters via a high-performance centrifugal fan. A standard integrated interlocking door system minimizes the risk of cross-contamination between rooms.
